Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all beekeeping tools, protective clothing, or equipment are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed for transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the parcel to our Brisbane warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the equipment for quality compliance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 business days.
